- Deliveries are pricipally subject to payment in advance by bank transfer.

  For shipments abroad, costs occuring actually are billed.
- You have the right of return within 14 days.
  Provided the merchandise returned is faultless, the purchase price will be reimbursed. 
  Returns are at the expense of the customer, otherwise they will not be accepted.
  Should there be reasons of query, please contact us in advance of returning the goods in order to agree upon the 
  procedure.
- Within Germany, catalogues of our products are available at 6,-- EUR, to be sent to us in stamps; from abroad we 
  request remittance of 15,-- EUR in cash.
- Provided a traders permit can be submitted, retailers may inquire for special conditions offered by us.
